Christine Hildebrand is the director of national disability claims services for Great-West Life Assurance Company. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Manitoba and has 19 years' experience in disability management, with a focus on mental health. Thirteen of those years have been in leadership roles where she believes it is important to recognize how each employee can make a distinctive contribution to the team.
